General conditions in the hotel
Compliance with the rules is important for a leather guest’s comfortable stay at the “Frantsuzkiy kvartal” boutique hotel. They are designed to inform guests about the features of room reservations and service provision, as well as to ensure safety and peace of mind.
- Payment for accommodation is made at the reception upon check-in
- The hotel is open 24/7
- We refuse to accommodation to guests who do not have a passport or other identification document (passport, driver’s license)
- Information about room rates and additional services is available at the reception
- Check-in at the hotel from 14:00, check-out until 12:00.
- Early check-in (09:00-13:00) is possible subject to availability and for an additional fee
- For children under 10 years old payment is not charged (when placing a family, without providing extra bed)
- Payment for accommodation and additional services is possible in UAH in cash and bank transfer, as well as by credit cards Visa/Mastercard
- Room reservation is considered confirmed after the guest receives a written confirmation.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Please use the hotel equipment carefully. In case of damage or loss of property, the guest is obliged to reimburse the damage according to the price list established by the hotel administration.
- Room cleaning is carried out daily, towels and bed linen are changed once every 3 days.
- Additional change of towels, bed linen, bathrobes – 300 UAH for one guest.
- Guests staying at the hotel are prohibited from:
– Bring with you prickly, flammable, explosive, toxic, poisonous substances, as well as store products with a specific and pungent smell
-To disturb the calm of guests from 21:00 to 09:00
-Leave strangers in the room in your absence.
-Give keys and electronic key card to third parties
-The use of power strips, extension cords, and high-power electrical appliances, including heating devices (immersion heater, heater, electric stove, microwave oven), is prohibited, except in cases where such appliances are part of the standard room equipment or have been provided by hotel staff for use. Fine for non-compliance – 1000 UAH.
-Smoking in the room is prohibited. Fine – 1000 UAH.
